Tool - Precision up to 100 nm and surface conditions (R_a) less than 5 nm are possible

Injection molding - and injection compression tools are designed and produced in our own, highly specified tool shop. Our skilled and experienced tool makers work with modern and specifically tuned tooling machines. This is one of the core competencies needed to constantly deliver high performing plastic parts and optics from ultra high precision tools.

For optical cavities and seeds, we run a multi axes diamond milling machine (PreciTech). An integrated measurement system enables our outstanding precision. Slow and fast tool devices open the z-axis for non rotation symmetric shapes (i.e. freeforms or aspheres) as well as all kind of surface structures.
