Prototypes

We manufacture prototypes and pilot series in house, utilizing our diamond turning machine -not only for turning, but also for milling and shaping-. Non rotation symmetric shapes and structures are possible either due to our slow / fast tool server equipment. Precision in the range of 100 nm and surface finish of 5nm (R_a) is achievable with that equipment and -more important- our experienced employees.

Protoypes and pilot series could be also realised in prototype tools with replaceable cavities. That method ensures the injection molding process implication from the very beginnng.
